The concept design develops office building located in Burgas, Bulgaria. The building contains shopping area, fitness, café and office zone. The vertical communication is provided by three elevators and one staircase. The highest level includes panorama restaurant with open terrace which is overlooking the seaside.
The architectural appearance is influenced by modern architecture. The volume is separated into boxes, some of which are displayed with wooden planking in front of the glass curtain wall. The project represents the value of using natural materials to create contemporary appearance. The building’s different functions and preferable location have the potential to develop a new community center being a landmark of the zone.
